In this hybrid role, you’ll be the face of our branch, assisting customers at the counter, while also supporting warehouse operations and deliveries to ensure our customers get the HVAC/R products they need—on time and with excellent service.

Your Day-to-Day:

Counter Sales

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls with professionalism

• Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and specifications

• Process sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized counter area and showroom

• Stay up to date on new products and industry trends

Warehouse & Delivery

• Accurately pick, scan (RF scanner), pack, and stage orders for delivery/shipment

• Receive incoming products, verify against purchase orders, and stock in designated areas

• Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

• Deliver HVAC/R parts and equipment to customers/job sites, ensuring courteous and timely service

• Conduct vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols while driving and handling materials

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• ✔️ Have experience in counter sales, warehouse operations, or delivery driving (HVAC/R experience a plus)

• ✔️ Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• ✔️ Are proficient with POS systems, basic computer applications, and RF scanners

• ✔️ Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• ✔️ Can lift up to 75 lbs and are comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods

• ✔️ Are reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
