This is a Salary Non-Exempt position

Job Summary:
The successful candidate must be able to work a 10PM-6AM shift.  Under limited supervision, conducts in-process and finished product testing to determine adherence to established specifications of quality and purity.  Attendance and punctuality is required. 

Essential Job Functions:
Conduct laboratory tests and analyze data for a variety of purposes, such as production, quality control, and minor research.  Test and analyze products such as flour and wheat products to determine if product meets plant specifications prior to release.  Release within specification vessels and report out of specification vessels. 

Document results of testing in Total Lab Client (TLC).  Complete Certificates of Analyses.  Prepare chemical solutions for use in the lab.  Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and related field instrumentation.  Maintains awareness and adheres to all FDA, GMP, EPA, OSHA, and employer standards and guidelines.  Support and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements.  Other duties as assigned.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. 

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$32,500.00 - $59,000.00
