Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Line Manager to join our team at DeCoach Recovery in Sharonville, OH. The Admissions Line Manager plays a crucial role in the intake process, overseeing admissions coordinators and ensuring efficient and effective communication with prospective patients and their families. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for helping individuals access the care they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of admissions coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage the admissions process, including handling inquiries, verifying insurance coverage, and coordinating intake appointments.
  • Monitor admissions metrics and performance indicators to optimize processes and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline admissions procedures and improve the overall patient experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs for admissions staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions data and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues or complex admissions cases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to addiction treatment admissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in admissions management or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare compliance regulations.
