Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Network Analyst / System Administrator to join our team supporting the U.S. Army INSCOM mission. This position provides Tier 2/3 network and system administration support in a 24/7 Technical Network Operations Center (TNOC) environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in network operations, Active Directory management, and system administration, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-availability environments,
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 customer service support to U.S. Army INSCOM customers.
- Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability.
- Monitor network data traffic patterns to identify and minimize choke points.
- Manage all aspects of network requirements, addressing hands-on, day-to-day issues.
- Provide system administrator support for the GET TDN2 Active Directory environment.
- Manage user accounts and access for GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN environments.
- Support incident response and troubleshooting in collaboration with TNOC staff.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Active and current TS/SCI federal security clearance with the ability to obtain and pass a polygraph.
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including 8+ years supporting network operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Baseline Certification A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security
- Operating System Certification: Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced certifications such as MCSE or CCNP.
- Strong background in DoD IT environments and 24/7 operational support.
