Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate inventory by performing daily cycle counting and reconciliation of finished good inventory.
- Perform inventory transactions associated with inventory control and data accuracy (i.e. picking problems, expired product, agent closeouts, field counts and reconciliations).
- Investigation and problem solving for various inventory management issues.
- Assist and support Customer Operations Center personnel as needed.
- Complete understanding of MFG/Pro functionality as related to inventory management.
- Implementation of special projects as initiated by team leader.
- Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
- Assist and support other employees, teams, and personnel as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity in working with inventory control and distribution systems.
- Experience with QAD systems preferred.
- Computer experience preferable/Basic knowledge of Windows based office productivity tools including word processor and spreadsheets are essential.
- Attention to detail, record keeping skills.
- High level of organization, analytical and communication skills.
