Job Title: Inside Sales Supervisor

In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader for our Inside Sales Associates, helping them deliver exceptional service while supporting customers with specialized tool and equipment needs, pricing questions, and product solutions.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests (specialized equipment requests, receiving customer complaints, and assisting in resolution).
- Collaborating with the warehouse, service department, distribution center, and purchasing team to ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.
- Reviewing quotes, resolving pricing issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervising Inside Sales Associates
- Overseeing the DOT program.
- Acting as a mentor and resource for the Inside Sales team through ongoing training and support.
- Maintaining an organized and customer-friendly sales floor, including stocking, pricing, and product displays.
- Participating in key store events such as physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, and special promotions.
- Promoting a safe and secure workplace by upholding safety standards and reporting concerns.
- Performing additional duties of Inside Sales Associates and related tasks as assigned.

You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
We’d Love if You Have:
- Familiarity with tools and equipment.
Previous experience in retail or customer service leadership.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 10 hours.
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
