H2O Innovation provides public works management services and operations assistance for water and wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations and businesses across North America.

H2O is currently seeking a qualified Bushhog/Tractor Light Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a 100HP tractor and related attachments to perform grass cutting, grounds maintenance, and vegetation control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, equipment care, and reliability while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a 100HP tractor with attachments, including bushhog, side arm mower, and boom mower.
• Perform grass cutting, mowing and vegetation control to maintain designated areas. 
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe and proper operation. 
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. 
• Assist with additional grounds or equipment-related tasks as assigned.

The Skills We Are Looking For 

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating a 100HP tractor with bushing, side arm mower, and boom power attachments. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Strong focus on safety, with attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Must hold a valid Mississippi driver's license.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and drug and alcohol testing. Participation in random drug and alcohol screenings is also required. 
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
