We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage documents in both electronic and paper format.
- Manage calendar and organize daily schedule of attorney.
- Screen and manage calls.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements for attorney.
- Develop documents and presentations.
- Ensure accurate file management.
- Enter time and billing information.
- Look for new methods and technology to increase attorney efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels in the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to process a high volume of dictation and transcription.
- Familiarity with legal billing, timekeeping, and document management software systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent tasks involving several stakeholders.
- Superior detail orientation and time management skills.
- Absolute discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting attorneys in either private practice or corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with TABS billing software and NetDocs document management system.
