IRA Cycle Counter I-1st Shift en 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC.

The IRA Cycle Counter I is responsible for performing accurate cycle counts of components and finished goods inventory at ground level across the warehouse, shipping, and production areas. This role is essential to maintaining inventory record accuracy (goal: 99%) and plays a key part in loss prevention and inventory reconciliation. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform cycle counts as directed by the Warehouse Management System (WMS) 

• Use RF scanners to enter counting data into WMS 

• Accurately count and verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batch numbers 

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; perform “search and rescue” for lost products 

• Rotate and retrieve products to assist in consolidation and minimize storage needs 

• Report any safety hazards and remain aware of surroundings 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area 

• Perform other duties, assignments, or projects as directed by executive management 

• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance 

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience using RF inventory scanning equipment preferred 

• Basic clerical skills, including reading, writing, typing, and spelling
