Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell pest control protection plans and additional services to new and existing customers.

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify conditions conducive to infestations and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Make compelling proposals and presentations to secure sales contracts.

- Record accurate measurements and write detailed descriptions of properties inspected.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.

- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and company goals.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
