We are seeking a highly qualified Talent Acquisition Partner to join our San Antonio, TX, team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning and sourcing to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific departmental requirements.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess recruitment effectiveness, including tracking key performance indicators and generating reports to inform stakeholders.
- Enhance the candidate sourcing process by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain recruitment best practices and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to hiring.
- Foster lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
