Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Client Services team. This is a remote role supporting U.S.-based clients, with competitive pay, career growth, and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional assistance
• Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with accuracy and efficiency
• Support clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting basic issues
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or client support (preferred but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and web-based applications
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
Compensation
💰 $35 – $40 per hour
