WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are looking for a new Head of Global Compensation & Benefits.

• You manage continuous assessment of operational C&B practice, determine and align change/improvement priorities and drive the digitization of operational processes.
• You conduct (external) C&B service benchmarking in term of effectiveness (quality) and efficiency (of service delivery).
• Moreover you align short to mid-term C&B development targets along key priorities.
• With your expertise, you contribute to the definition of C&B related projects / strategic initiatives and ensure reflection of service perspective.
• You provide C&B services for Divisions, LE incl. consulting and developing of effective solutions in line with HR framework.
• You orchestrate and manage global C&B implementation projects and operate global compensation campaigns (i.e. Merit/Bonus).
• Additionally, you implement effective control environment with clear and transparent roles & responsibilities.
• Use your skills to build and run the global C&B community, create a C&B knowledge base, training program and formats for continuous knowledge exchange across regions.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 10-15 years professional experience in HR area and/or Compensation & Benefits
• deep HR knowledge in Compensation & Benefits
• broad HR knowledge across main sub-functional domains (e.g., Recruiting, Development, Data, labor law)
• technical knowledge in relevant HR systems (SAP and SuccessFactors)
• proficiency in project management
• fluent language skills in English, German is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 95.000 - 100.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 30% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance
