Develops, maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems, including database, network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters, custom extensions, workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Procurement modules (Supplier Portal, Supplier Management, Procurement contracts, Purchasing) and Oracle Fusion inventory.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and security to meet business requirements.
- Customize and extend the application as needed to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Develop functional specifications and design documents for custom solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Purchasing integrations between Oracle Cloud and legacy ERP systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users/suppliers and support teams on the functionality and use of Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and performance issues.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and new features to continuously enhance the Supplier Portal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM analyst with 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud
- Proven experience (7+ years) as an Oracle Procurement expert, with firsthand experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a challenging environment.
- Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Supply Chain with other Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integration with Automation anywhere (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, procurement-to-pay cycle, and supply chain management.
- Expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle Procurement modules (e.g., Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Sourcing) and Oracle Fusion inventory.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant tools for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite) is a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
