- Provide individual and group support to residents, promoting independent living skills, well-being, recreation, and social engagement
- Plan and facilitate group activities that meet residents' social, health, educational, and recreational needs
- Support access to internal and external services, including health, mental health, AOD, and therapeutic programs
- Collaborate with caseworkers and partner services, contributing to a positive, supportive community environment
- Maintain accurate records, manage risks appropriately, participate in rostered tasks, and foster a respectful team culture
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or a related field
- Experience in homelessness or housing services (desirable)
- A collaborative and person-centred approach, with strong emotional intelligence
- A practical understanding of trauma-informed care and strengths-based practice
- Ability to build rapport and navigate challenging or high-risk situations with professionalism and care
- A Current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
