What You’ll Own
Operational Excellence
• Standardize and optimize processes across onboarding, support, and security operations
• Build dashboards to track SLAs, client satisfaction, technician utilization, and profitability
• Ensure scalability through documentation, SOPs, and automation in ticketing, monitoring, and billing
Financial Discipline
• Oversee gross margins and utilization targets across service lines
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
• Maintain cost control across headcount, tools, and vendor spend
Team & Culture
• Recruit, retain, and grow top engineering and service talent.
• Build a leadership bench and succession pipeline

Client Experience
• Align service delivery with client business outcomes
• Maintain our 80/20 proactive/reactive service ratio
• Collaborate with account management to drive retention and upsell
CEO & President Partnership
• Translate strategic vision into operational execution
• Serve as a sounding board and data-driven advisor
• Free the CEO to focus on growth levers like M&A, high-value client relationships, partnerships, and thought leadership

What You Bring
• 5+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or MSP leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive metrics, and scale systems
• Strong financial acumen and comfort with KPIs, forecasting, and margin management
• Exceptional communicator who can bridge technical and business priorities
• Hunger to grow fellow staff, the company, and yourself as an individual.
