As a Division Order Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring production reports, well expenses, and contracts, as well as preparing requests for payment to leaseholders and partners. You will solve administrative problems and work within contract limitations and relevant legal constraints. Attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong analytical skills, are keys to success in this role. Your work will ensure accurate and timely processing of division orders and ownership records, supporting the company's exploration and production activities.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Analyzes and verifies ownership interests in oil and gas properties
- Prepares, reviews, and distributes division orders for accurate payment of royalties and working interest revenues
- Conducts title examinations and curative work to resolve title defects
- Reviews and interprets title opinions, probates, affidavits, and assignments
- Calculates leasehold and unit interests, and prepare burden spreadsheets
- Interfaces with landmen, attorneys, and accounting to resolve discrepancies
- Responds to owner inquiries and resolve ownership issues
- Maintains and updates ownership records in the accounting system
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Associates or B.S in Energy Management, Business, or related field; a minimum of four (4) years related industry experience
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Preferred: Strong understanding of land and mineral ownership, title analysis, and regulatory requirements in the upstream gas sector
