A legacy established by two legends within Equitable, they have over 300+ Financial Professionals and team member supporting clients within the Greater-Philadelphia and suburban New Jersey area. The Philadelphia office is seeking a detail- oriented/multi-tasking Senior Vice President Administrative Assistant to join our team! This person will report directly to the Local Operations Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support of the branch SVPs
  • Sourcing candidates & recruiting support
  • Creating, updating, maintaining DM/advisor reports
  • Assisting with branch office responsibilities, as needed


The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $ 65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
