Mission

Drive the consistent implementation of Perfect Store strategies across Off Trade Modern Channel accounts by leveraging shopper insights, category analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance in-store execution and fuel category growth.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities
    
•    Lead the execution of Perfect Store guidelines for the Off Trade Modern channel, ensuring excellence in assortment, shelf layout, secondary displays, and shopper marketing activations.
•    Ensure timely and accurate deployment of all visual materials (e.g., POP, key visual elements, legal notices) in coordination with Campari's internal teams and retail chain counterparts.
•    Guarantee the proper and timely execution of spaces assigned or negotiated with retail partners at the point of sale.
•    Develop route proposals in response to sales fluctuations—utilizing sales analysis and efficient route planning—and conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and support field teams.
•    Promptly report in-store incidents to KAMs and Sales Executives through real-time monitoring and clear communication; review execution reports for promotions and negotiated spaces.
•    Design and implement planograms and shelving optimization initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams.
•    Create and propose training materials or capability-building initiatives tailored to the spirits category

 

Key Relationships

•    Internal: Channel Leader, Sales Executives, Brand Strategy Coordinators, Budget Owners 
•    External: Supermarket Chains, Merchandising Agencies, External Material Suppliers

 

Summary of Experience/other requirements

•    A 3-year experience as Category Analyst acquired in multinational food and beverage companies or Market analysis Companies, GDO and Retail Companies 
•    A previous experience in the Trade Marketing Department is a plus
•    Experience on Shelf Management and Space allocation projects is a must

 

Education/Professional Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional local languages is a plus


Required Skills & traits

•    Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert performance data into actionable commercial insights
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with planogramming and in-store space management tools
•    Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills across different organizational levels
•    Solid understanding of the Off Trade channel, including retailer priorities and shopper behavior
•    Excellent relational skills
