About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate


In this role, you will:

  • Process SCRA benefits proactively to eligible loans in order to provide a consistent response for identified military service customers. 
  • Complete transactions in the System of Record (SOR) and send notification letters to service members.
  • Drive quality initiatives including training, process improvement & design, complex analysis, change implementation.
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the operations processes and work closely with the operation leaders to drive quality and compliance. 
  • Drive business results through increased efficiency and quality while managing risk.
  • Drive quality monthly cadence reporting and proactively report issues to the leadership on risks and quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification:

  • Skills – Ability to exceed the target, Capability to work under pressure, Understand the other LOB and Quick learner.
  • Willing to work in Night Shift 2.30 PM  – 11.30 PM or 4.30 PM – 1.30 AM
  • Additional knowledge on applications like SMIS, FDR, ICMP, IRRIS, FDR Adjustments, iTop, CARS, Hogan and XPM Application Portal.

Job Expectations:

  • 5+ years of experience in loan operations, SCRA Act.
  • Has process expertise for multiple business groups and can provide analysis to the most complex and volatile business lines.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and leaders overseas.
  • Ability to take calls/attend meetings during evening hours in order to allow for communication/collaboration with U.S. team members.
  • Ability to exceed the target, Capability to work under pressure, Understand the other LOB and Quick learner.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of processes and tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives.
