Position: Grocery Assistant Team Lead
- Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets
- Maintain optimal product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control
- Ensure adherence to Food Safety standards
- Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members
- Foster a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication
Requirements:
- Proserve License
- Advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Emails, and operations-related applications
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience, including 6+ months of team leadership experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A great sense of humor and ability to maintain high team morale
