Contract Property Inspector
Pay Rate: $45/hour + paid drive time & mileage reimbursement

What You'll Do
Perform scheduled inspections on time, contacting clients and maintaining communication.
Utilize personal inspection tools (ladder, climbing equipment, etc.) and a reliable vehicle (professional presentation required).
Climb two-story and steep-pitch (12/12) roofs safely and efficiently.
Complete thorough inspections of all elevations, documenting with photos (both damage and non-damage).
Capture photos of all interior rooms and contents when required.
Provide detailed voice notes and written descriptions of damages.
Prepare accurate sketches and upload reports using Xactimate.
Operate within company CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Airtable, CompanyCam, etc.).
Follow manager instructions carefully, including specialized photos or supplemental details.
Deliver professional communication with homeowners, contractors, adjusters, and internal teams.
Identify hidden damage, discrepancies in scopes, or code upgrades.
Submit clean, well-labeled inspection reports with photos and descriptions.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of property inspection or adjusting experience (roofing, restoration, or insurance claims preferred).
Strong understanding of construction types and building materials (roofing systems, siding, water intrusion, fire damage).
Familiarity with the insurance claims process, scopes of loss, and supplementing.
Proficiency with mobile apps and digital field reporting.
Knowledge of building codes and repair standards (IRC familiarity a plus).
Drone experience or license preferred (not required).
Infrared camera or moisture meter experience a plus.
Experience working with public adjusters or estimators a plus.
