Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location/Work Status: Honolulu, Hawaii
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Hours: Generally 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, with the ability to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
Compensation: $4,244.84 /month with competitive benefits package

Summary of Program and Position:
Parents And Children Together provides afterschool drop-in centers for youth ages 7-18 who live in and around two public housing complexes, Kuhio Park Terrace and Puuwai Momi in Halawa. These programs promote the development of healthy youth, families and community with an abundance of positive experiences for youth and family members including educational, recreational, community building and support services. Services, activities and hours may vary by site.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervision of staff and coordination of activities and services for their respective sites. These activities and services will promote positive youth development and provide alternatives to participation in risky behaviors, i.e., joining destructive youth gangs and/or substance abuse and promote family and community engagement. This position is under the direct supervision of the Program Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Behaves in a manner that supports the agency's mission and follows personnel policies and procedures.
- Participates in the planning and coordination of site services. This includes youth services, family and community engagement, daily routines, special events, counseling, and off-site activities.
- Assumes all the responsibilities of a supervisor for the staff reporting directly to this position.
- Develops and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with personnel from other appropriate schools, programs and agencies and participates in planning and implementing relevant agency and community activities.
- Develops and maintains adequate data collection systems for the Program that meet needs of funders, PACT administration and PACT Quality objectives. Maintains all records required for program participants. Collects and compiles data for reports and information for the Program Director.
- Ensures that program objectives are met, and respective program reports are submitted in a timely manner to the Program Director.
- Engages, connects, and interacts with the youth enrolled in the program and their families and takes the lead in recruitment/engagement efforts.
- Backs up the Program Director when requested and assumes duties such as opening, closing, reporting and other tasks as assigned in the absence of the Program Director.
Education / Training:
- High School diploma or equivalent and five (5) years working with youth.
or
- Bachelor's Degree in human services field or equivalent and two (2) years experience working with youth, preferred.
Experience:
One-year experience supervising program staff or volunteers, preferred.
Other:
- Possesses and maintains a valid driver’s license.
- Has daily access to an automobile.
- Possesses and maintains proof of no-fault insurance.
