Capturing tomorrow’s opportunities means embracing disruption and transformation today. Koch Disruptive Technologies (“KDT”, ) is seeking a Summer 2026 Investment Analyst Intern to join our team in Wichita, KS. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies across a range of industries. KDT interns benefit from direct mentorship from full-time analysts and associates, while gaining real-world experience working on active deals.Our TeamKDT is the venture capital and growth equity arm of Koch Industries, a large, privately owned business with significant capital strength and liquidity. KDT’s investment mandate is to originate and invest in promising entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies.What You Will DoContribute to the underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence activities for potential equity investmentsAssist in the preparation of presentations on potential transactions and investments for senior management that identify and assess valuation, return profile, competitive advantage, risks, etc.Perform industry and competitive analysis related to potential investments and markets of interestWork with current portfolio companies to enhance their performance alongside KDT’s Koch Labs® capabilityDevelop venture investment skillset through direct deal team participationEngage with industry-leading entrepreneurs and KDT leadershipWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2027Enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Investments, or a related business fieldAble to work in the US without sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadStrong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skillsStrong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skillsCollaborative and a team playerSelf-starter, highly focused and ability to work independentlyEntrepreneurial spirit, creative, and ability to think outside the boxHunger to learn with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and passion for investingIntegrity and a strong sense of ethicsInterest in or experience with investingAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
