Meight:
- Develop Go-To-Market Strategies:
- Create comprehensive go-to-market plans for new launches and major updates.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions.
- Analyse data to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Collaborate with the product team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, online, offline and through partners.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.
- Branding and Content Creation:
- Develop a complementary movement to build the Meight brand.
- Work with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that supports go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Report directly to the founding team.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the success of go-to-market activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in go-to-market roles, having worked previously in a Seed to series A SaaS environment.
- Native German speaker.
- Strong understanding of product marketing and product-led growth.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
