General Job Summary:

A Treasury Support Specialist supports bank clients with Treasury Management services, handling tasks like onboarding, client training, operational support, issue resolution for Treasury products (e.g., ACH, wires, online banking), and assisting with process maintenance and special projects. The role requires strong client service skills, in-depth knowledge of treasury products, and the ability to troubleshoot system access and transaction issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Setup: Managing client setups for various treasury products and services, such as Remote Deposit      Capture, ACH, and Online Banking. 
  • Client Support & Training: Providing ongoing education, training, and technical support to clients on how to use treasury products and platforms. 
  • Operational Support: Performing daily operational tasks, performing customer reviews for Treasury services, resolving      issues, and handling requests like stop payments or wire transfers.
  • Issue Resolution: Acting as a point of escalation for client and internal support issues, troubleshooting problems related      to system access and Treasury products.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assisting with the maintenance of policies, procedures, and client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. 
  • Project & Sales Support: Participating in special projects like data mapping, and testing, and supporting the Treasury Sales team by identifying client needs and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Digital Banking Promotion: Promoting and educating clients on the benefits and usage of digital banking products and services.
Requirements

  Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Communication: Ability to interface effectively with clients and internal teams via phone, virtual, and in-person communication.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in client setups, data, and transaction processing.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service: A high level of customer satisfaction, providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of treasury management products and bank programs preferable but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role preferred with local travel to client sites as needed.
  • Requires occasional evening or early morning meetings for client support or training.
