Position Summary: The QC Clerk will be responsible for handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The QC Clerk must be dependable, able to work both independently and as team and is detail oriented.

Essential Functions of QC Clerk 

• QC patient documents and files

• Data Entry
• Processing paperwork timely and accurately
• Create new patient files 
• filing patient documents
• Contact outside clinics to collect missing paperwork
• Request patient medical records 
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule patients for visits 

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Prior medical office experience
• Experience with medical insurance and referrals

• High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications. 
• Bilingual a plus
