SUMMARY:
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis position will be responsible for reporting on all key financial aspects of the Company. This includes the preparation of monthly reporting packages, annual budgets, reports presented to the Company’s Board of Directors, variance analysis, developing and monitoring KPIs, and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders across the organization. This role will collaborate with all functions across the Company to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making, improve financial outcomes, and support long-term strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial targets.
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators at the client level, investigating variances, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for potential margin improvement.
- Partner with Operations in the execution and monitoring of operational improvement action items.
- Develop reporting to support the Operations team and other support functions as needed.
- Support company-wide initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.
- Drive efficiencies in financial reporting by leveraging business intelligence tools.

QUALIFICATIONS,:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- 5+ years in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, financial strategy, financial reporting or closely related field, demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills required, SQL skills preferred.
- Prior experience with business intelligence tools a plus.
