We’re seeking a PART-TIME (NTE 20 hours) motivated and analytical entry-level Business Data AI Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent or current graduates with internship experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI applications. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support data-driven decision-making, contribute to AI-powered solutions, and help translate complex data into actionable business insights.

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

AI & Analytics Support

  • Collaborate with team members to test and validate machine learning models
  • Help monitor model performance and document findings
  • Contribute to automation initiatives using AI tools and scripts

 

Data Exploration & Reporting

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from business units

 

Business Insight Development

  • Translate analytical results into clear summaries for business stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs
  • Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis

 

 

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

  • U.S. Citizenship (required); visa sponsorship and permanent residence not considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field (current or final semester if part-time)
  • 1–2 internships or academic projects involving data analysis or business intelligence
  • Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
