Must be enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's program with good academic standing and be able to work 10-15 hours a week part-time during the school year and 40 hours a week during the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated systems, including articulated robots, data acquisition tools, vision testing systems, and electrical/mechanical interfaces.
- Assist in the design, documentation, programming, and construction of manufacturing test equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide product support on the manufacturing floor.
- Provide troubleshooting support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure smooth operation of test systems.
- Implement changes to existing equipment hardware and software to realize improvements in efficiency.
As part of the hiring process, this position will require a pre-employment drug test.
