Main missions:

Within a team of 4 employees, you will directly report to the Group VP Investor Relations and Financial Communication. The Investor Relations Department is a central function for promoting the Group's strategy, in conjunction with the entire financial community. Its main objective is to inform the markets of the company's performance while creating a relationship of trust with all of its stakeholders (analysts, investors, individual shareholders, etc.). This position is key in the operation of a listed company: you will be mobilized on structuring projects and will be called upon to work with all the departments, both financial and operational.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assistance in the production of written financial communication media for major events (presentations of results, press releases, Q&A, roadshows, investor days, etc.);
  • Participation in the preparation of the Universal Registration Document and the Annual General Meeting;
  • Dissemination of financial information to the market using communication tools (wire and website);
  • Monitoring of the market, share price and research notes with summary of research notes;
  • Analysis of the profile of investors;
  • Competitive intelligence on OPmobility peers and automotive market;
  • Participation in the preparation of the Universal Registration Document and the Annual General Meeting.

 

Experience:

  • University degree, business school or other “Bac+5” equivalent;
  • Prior experience in finance is required;
  • Knowledge and understanding of key metrics relative to the automotive, mobility and transportation industry is also a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Highly motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office;
  • Strong work ethic.
