Responsible for assisting the Senior Loan Officer in a review of loans to ensure acceptable credit standards are maintained and loans conform to established company policy. Also responsible for conducting relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
Assist in the investigation and analysis of routine financial data to facilitate the credit extension decision-making process.
Assist the Senior Loan Officer in the preparation, presentation and interpretation of financial reports to management, the directors, shareholders, and governmental agencies.
Assist with the preparation and presentation to loan committees or customers.
Use credit reporting services to compile reports regarding the credit history of potential customers.
Spread financial statements.
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Loan Officer, assist with interpretation of findings and prepare reports of financial position and credit worthiness.
Maintain loan documentation files and monitor compliance with terms of loan agreements.
As assigned, conduct a systematic review of commercial, installment, and mortgage loans to determine adequacy of documentation.
As assigned, monitor the financial position of established accounts and brings irregularities to the attention of the Loan Review Officer.
Review loans that are being held for follow-up and recommend appropriate action.
Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory issues relating to loan policy and procedures evidenced by appropriate application of regulations in day-to-day operations.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and customer service when resolving customer issues.
Understand and maintain a thorough knowledge of Central Bank of Sedalia’s services, operations, and organization; communicate this understanding to others when appropriate and refer inquiries and correspondence to the proper department or individual.
Attend all required training.
