• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, history or other related degrees
• Minimum 2+ years of investment banking and M&A transaction experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated starting salary range for Minnesota, and New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.  Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.  This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
