We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Brick, NJ community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of daily front desk operations
Job Qualifications:
- Pleasant personality with a good appearance.
- Service and guest oriented
- Very good command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to work on shift basis.
Additional Information:Salary Range: $16.00 +
