About the Role
As a Customer Service & Administration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our claims process runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for directing calls, resolving general enquiries, and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Answer incoming calls and ensure callers are directed to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve general enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up with members, suppliers, and assessors to obtain outstanding claim documentation.
• Update claim notes, ensure reserves are accurate, allocate tasks, and manage documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the claims team as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Attributes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise and connect with others.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
