Regional Clinical Educator

Full Time

Under general supervision, assists the Clinical Operations Manager in handling clinical safety and education needs for BHMG. This includes, but is not limited to, training, validations, competencies, education, safety assessments, and ongoing performance documentation at all clinic sites. The Clinical Educator is responsible for promoting patient care excellence and safety through clinical leadership, consultation, education, safety, and research benefiting staff and patients. Assesses safety and educational needs through a variety of methods, both formal and informal, including patterns and trends to aid in the development of assessments, orientation, precepting, and continuing education.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Must be Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN

• Two or more years of healthcare experience preferred

• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
