Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 --Depending on Licensure and Experience
Location: Union, NJ
Work hours: Full time- 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Team Leader, Not Licensed, under the direction of the Director, provides the day-to-day administrative service provision supervision of the CSS team. Because the Team Leader is not licensed, the appropriately licensed CSS team member/clinician will provide the clinical supervision for the Community Support Services team. The Team Leader, Not Licensed, and the CSS Licensed Clinician will work collaboratively toward the smooth functioning of the CSS program.
Team Leader-Licensed, LCSW, LPC or LMFT (APN, RN, MD or Licensed Psychologist) provides the lead clinical and administrative supervision for CSS services. Under the direction of the Program Director coordinates, with support of other licensed clinical staff on the team, intake/referrals, assessment, person-centered planning and clinical supervision. Supervises program day-to-day service provisions and provides direct services for people who have serious mental illness.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, counseling, or other related behavioral healthcare or counseling program.
- Preferred Experience: Two years of experience providing services for people with SPMI is preferred, and previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation in the past twelve months.
Or
- Licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, advance practice nurse, or registered nurse, all licensed by the applicable State professional boards, or
- Practitioner of the healing arts licensed in New Jersey, including, but not limited to, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), who shall possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program. In addition to a Master's degree, licensed marriage and family therapists must have one-year experience in a community behavioral health setting or be certified as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner (in lieu of the one year of experience in community behavioral health setting).
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation in the past twelve months.
Or
- Practitioner of the healing arts licensed in New Jersey, including, but not limited to, licensed social worker (LSW) under the clinical supervision of an LCSW, licensed rehabilitation counselor (LRC), or licensed associates counselor (LAC) under the clinical supervision of an LPC or LCSW who shall possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program.
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation in the past twelve months.
