Description
In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for franchisees, ensuring they have the tools, information, and support needed to run their studios with confidence. You’ll handle everything from keeping SOPs and resources updated, to coordinating vendor relationships, to supporting franchisee-facing webinars and communications.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for franchisees on day-to-day operational questions
- Keep franchise resources, guides, and SOPs current and organized
- Coordinate with vendors on onboarding, escalations, and training sessions
- Assist in planning franchisee webinars, meetings, and system-wide communications
- Track and compile franchisee feedback to improve support tools and processes
- Jump in on special projects that elevate the franchisee experience
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years in operations support, project coordination, customer success, or franchise/retail/hospitality experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, project management tools)
- A team player who thrives in a support role and loves helping others succeed
