Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic Mobile Crisis Team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will provide immediate support, conduct initial assessments, and collaborate with individuals and their families to develop effective crisis plans. No two shifts are ever the same—each day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, gerontology, criminal justice, theology, nursing, or counseling; or be a registered nurse
  • At least two years of experience in human services, with one year in direct mental health care
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer use; experience with EHR systems preferred
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Your Role

  • Monitor and respond to the mobile crisis line
  • Provide triage, crisis counseling, information, and referrals via phone
  • Conduct face-to-face level-of-care assessments in a team setting
  • Deliver in-person crisis counseling and develop crisis plans
  • Process involuntary commitment applications and coordinate emergency psychiatric evaluations as needed
