We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist II, in the Omaha office. The Accounts Receivable Specialist II is responsible for the daily processing of bank deposits and outstanding account payments timely and accurately. SUMMARY:
DUTIES:
- Prepares daily bank deposits; reviews for accuracy
- Applies payments to outstanding invoices daily
- Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging; escalate past due accounts to account manager for follow up on collection; assist with additional correspondence and collection calls as directed.
- Assist Data Entry Specialist to meet daily deadlines; Serve as back up support for Data Entry Specialist for accounts Receivable entries
- Performs additional duties as assigned and required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisor responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance or related field.
- High School Diploma with 3 years of accounts receivable experience, in lieu of associates degree and corresponding experience
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes and Enterprise One accounting software package
