Are you a dedicated X-Ray Technologist looking to be part of a supportive, high-performing team? Swedish Radia Imaging Center, an outpatient imaging facility in beautiful Edmonds, WA, is seeking a talented X-Ray Technologist to join our close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about exceptional patient care, collaborative teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Compensation:
The salary range is $35.42/hourly to $54.46/hourly. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to current job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.

Position Summary:
- Properly performs X-Ray imaging to ACR standards
- Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging
- Assists radiologist with specialized procedures
- Prepares sterile trays
- Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
- Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
- One year of X-Ray experience preferred
- Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
