We are seeking a dedicated RCFE Administrator to join the team at Waters Edge Lodge. The role involves overseeing staff, building relationships with residents and families, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling emergency situations. This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff
- Developing relationships with residents and families
- Ensuring compliance with Licensing, State, and Federal regulations
- Communicating with regulatory agencies
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff
- Assuming various roles within the building as needed
- Managing emergency situations
Requirements:
- Valid CA RCFE Administrator's license
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI & DOJ
- Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare or equivalent education
- Clear English communication skills
- Patience working with cognitively impaired individuals
