Pega’s Global Emerging Talent Programs team is dedicated to building the next generation of leaders by attracting, developing, and retaining top early-career and emerging talent. We partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers across the business to design and deliver impactful programs that strengthen Pega’s talent pipeline.

As part of this high-performing, collaborative team, you’ll work closely with the Director of Global Emerging Talent Programs to shape and execute strategies that bring the brightest talent to Pega. Together, we focus on delivering a best-in-class experience, fueling business growth while helping future leaders launch their careers.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Waltham, MA.

What You'll Do at Pega:

 

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Emerging Talent Programs across North America, including referral management, to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience
  • Build relationships with target schools and workforce development organizations to attract top talent
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with company values and culture
  • Use data, ATS, and tracking tools to measure progress and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (HRBPs, Legal, Compensation, Finance, Payroll, IT) to ensure compliance and a seamless process

Program Management, Engagement, & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage North America Emerging Talent programs, hosting and facilitating onboarding, engagement events, trainings, evaluations, off-boarding, and conversions
  • Share insights and best practices to strengthen programs and talent strategies; recommend improvements to enhance impact
  • Support the Director of Global Emerging Talent Programs on strategic initiatives

Recruiting Events, Partnerships & Employer Branding

  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events: manage registration, payments, materials, swag, training, and follow-up
  • Partner with schools and organizations to develop recruiting strategies and strengthen Pega’s brand presence
  • Support employer branding and cross-team recruiting initiatives, including social media promotion and collateral management
  • Willingness to travel to build and sustain campus/university relationships

What You've Accomplished:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specializing in Campus, Early-careers and Emerging Talent Programs management, with a strong preference for the tech industry
  • Track record of delivering high-quality hires and exceptional candidate experience
  • Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Handshake)
  • Adaptable; skilled at managing scale and complexity with strong attention to detail
  • Drives process efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Proven success driving events, onboarding, training, employer branding, and engagement initiatives
