As our company continues to expand, we recognize the crucial role technology plays in driving our success. As the IT Manager, you would be responsible for leading the charge in optimizing our IT infrastructure, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

 

In this highly impactful role, you’ll not only assess and manage our current IT systems - including cloud solutions as well as server platform and visualization technologies - but also identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, spearheading upgrades and advancements that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will shape the way we utilize technology to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

 

You’ll also be instrumental in mentoring and empowering our highly reputable IT team, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement. Working closely with our Chief Information / Technology Officer, you’ll help steer the strategic and tactical vision for our technology landscape, positioning yourself as a key influencer in decision-making and long-term planning.

For this opportunity we are seeking a qualified IT professional who resides within a regular commuting distance of our Bloomington location and who is able to travel to other TKDA office locations as needed based on project assignments and responsibilities. TKDA provides employees with flexible hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) work arrangements.
