We are looking for a Solution Architect whose primary role will be technical delivery leadership for client projects. This position will involve leading and managing enterprise and mid-market projects, as well as technical pre- sales support activities as required. You will be responsible for designing solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition, and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn the latest Microsoft solutions in a fun work environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide software architecture, design, and operations expertise.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $225,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
