What’s the role?

As Manager, Consumer Partner- LOB & Consol, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of Westpac’s Consumer Division. Based in Sydney, you’ll work closely with Finance teams across lines of business and consolidated reporting to deliver accurate expense management, insightful analysis, and effective financial controls. You’ll collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to support decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Our Expense Services & Processes team delivers core finance activities including reporting, forecasting, analytics, and expense management while partnering with the business to support strategic, future focussed business initiatives.

What do I need?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.

  • Financial expense management subject matter expertise, with relevant qualifications
  • Solid understanding of Consumer Division cost drivers and financial operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability in financial reporting
  • Experience in financial expense management and process standardisation
  • Proficiency with finance systems and tools (e.g. TM1, GL)
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
