A lovely family in Laguna Niguel is seeking a Babysitter to provide care for their 18 month old son. Care is needed every other Friday from 8:00am until 3:00pm. The ideal candidate would have additional availability for the occasional date night or weekend care, with advanced notice. They will be experienced, flexible, and able to keep up with a fun and energetic toddler.
- Schedule:
- Every other Friday: 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Occasional evenings or weekends with notice
- Start date: ASAP
- Rate: $20
- 1 child: 18 months, boy
Responsibilities
- All aspects of toddler safety, care, and well-being for 1 child including:
- Diapering
- Preparing meals and snacks that adhere to family’s dietary restrictions
- Engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain child's schedule as set by parents including nap times
- Light housekeeping related to the child
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of paid, professional toddler care experience
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of driver’s insurance and a clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Must be comfortable with the family’s two small dogs (no pet care required)
Compensation + Benefits
This position pays $20 per hour and client is looking for 7 hours per week.
