Position Title: Senior Specialist Talent Systems
ROLE OVERVIEW
Proficient and detail-oriented HCM Sr. Support Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactor modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding. This team member will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and managing our SuccessFactors HCM system to enhance talent acquisition, employee management & onboarding processes.

Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions
- Subject matter expert in all things SuccessFactors including but not limited to Employee Central, RCM and ONB
- Provide guidance to the COE as part of system release reviews and continuous system/process improvement.
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR systems and upgrades.
- Analyze HR business requirements and recommend solutions to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of HR systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing various SuccessFactors modules, Eightfold, OrgVue and Qualtrics.
- Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics, including Integration Center.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, platforms and employee data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- SuccessFactors certification/accreditation is highly desirable.
- Excellent MS Excel skills preferred
Experience & Education
- B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes
