Your Profile

  1. Should facilitate and manage the entire Accreditation process at all stages, in coordination with their reporting manager
  2. Daily interact with the Organizing Committee in order to understand their operational needs and day-to-day deliverables
  3. Should be involved in daily problem-solving and last minute issue resolution
  4. Should be coordinating for the data collection and data entry processes. Data entry in the Accreditation System (Data entry of paper forms and Import of Excel files)
  5. Facilitate and execute the printing of accreditation cards of various groups such as media, contractors, Technical officials etc.
  6. Should handle client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  7. Develop and maintain assigned client relationships.
  8. Support marketing activities and closely work with product management
  9. Excellent skill in developing and managing department budgets.
  10. Should have a strong math aptitude and ability to attend to detail.
  11. Experience in developing and coordinating multi-faceted plans and issues.

Your Checklist

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Presentation and Word.
  2. Demonstrate sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
  3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, clients and vendors
  4. Flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Act as chief liaison for clients, vendors, customer service inquiries and escalated customer issues.
  6. Should review or perform balancing, distributing and reporting of daily accreditation card sign off receipts, as required
  7. 1+ Years of experience in the events industry
