While Deutsche Bank has been a long-term ServiceNow user at scale, the platform is suffering from instability and inability to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities. Our Automation and Tooling programme will stabilise and standardise our service management capabilities and streamline processes – whilst reducing risk, cost and setting us up for future AI-based operations.
This is a complex, global, programme with multiple interdependencies and multiple third-party vendors and contractual agreements to navigate. As the Programme Manager, you will be part of the central Control Tower team, which is responsible for oversight of the execution, maintenance of the overall portfolio execution plan, and operation of portfolio governance.

Your key responsibilities
Partner with existing internal and external project/programme management teams to build a holistic and fully integrated programme plan for delivery of the multi-year strategy
Monitor and work with delivery leads to ensure that committed outcomes are being delivered on time and to quality expectations, and any risks/issues identified early and mitigated/escalated accordingly
Facilitate and broker discussions on a cross-functional basis to resolve any roadblocks to delivery
Collaborate closely with the Transformation leadership team and Solution Authority to ensure that any deviations from plan are factored appropriately into over-arching business case assumptions
Support the production of high-quality materials for regular governance meetings to convey progress against plan
Distil best practice guidance into delivery teams, in accordance with the standards set out by the Control Tower and Change Governance Framework
Your skills and experience
Extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale Technology transformation
Proven ability to develop robust execution plans, on a cross-functional basis
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels (internal and external)
Highly numerate and able to understand complex business case modelling
Previous experience with ServiceNow not essential but helpful
